Just getting every thing together and planning out my meals for my cycle. i can eat tuna every meal of the day if need be, i have my own recipes and i like it. but i was just wanting to know what quick and easy meals every one else is consuming? for some reason Meal Replacements dont do it for me plus they taste bad and can be expensive if you get one that tastes good. open to anything, thanks!!
 
Chicken on the grill, chicken on the stove, chicken....mmm sounds like a song..

I cant stand tuna for some odd reason. I just cook up chicken a couple times a week and heat it up whenever i need it. Also costco sells them in 5-10 pound bags of boneless chicken and it is definately some good meat.
Tuna is good also lean beef or sandwhich meat if you can find it sliced right off the bird/cow whatever. Just as long as its not packaged and loaded w/ sodium and processed meat.
 
yeah i hear you. i found out the hard way last time. so now im getting everything beforhand, plus if i make a weeks worth of foor and package it, its easier for me not to cheat on my clean diet. i love the 10 lbs bags of chicken at costco. my buddy works at a butcher/seafood store and he hooks me up with 2lls slabs of catfish steaks. alil lemon pepper on the grill and good night.
 
Filet.. yum. I just had one about an hour ago. wow. so good. But I stick with chicken for my base. egg whites then the protein shakes.
