Cajun cooking - the real Acadia Parish shit - destroys me. Forgot that one. I love it so much....it's like crack.

Boiled crawfish??? Now that's like crack not that I have ever tried crack before but I can imagine how addicting it would be. Can't wait for crawfish season to come around every year!!!
