if you want to learn more. Read the HIT faq. Also there are plenty of routines posted in various articles and a board with routines sent in by readers.
Don't do it! Don't read the FAQ or learn anything else about HIT. Simply knowing about it and thinking about it makes you less intelligent. Worse than that, if you implement HIT training, you will become completely unproductive and never gain a muscle for the rest of your life. Right Blood&Iron? Ok, so I exagerated a little bit. You won't become less intelligent, but you will become all out stupid and you will gain a half of a muscles, depite my original claim of not growing any.

If, as you've previously asserted, 'HIT is bullshit"--an assertion, of course, with which I disagree--then it would be placed next to creationism and phrenology in the pantheon of bad ideas. But does knowing about creationism make me stupid or less able to understand evolution? No. More knowledge is never a bad thing. It's simply what you do with it. BTW, I still don't understand the vitriolic attacks on HIT Grizzly. If you don't like it, don't use it.
Oops, apparently this is a bad medium for making jokes. I didn't really mean all that I wrote, hence the smileys, I was just fooling around with you Blood&Iron. It was all tongue in cheek.
