H Hoffmeister New member Jul 21, 2001 #12 Thermogenics seem to work pretty well. I think there are even some studies that show using E/C spares lean body mass. Personally, I just roll my own E/C stack. Are you using any EFA supplements? Flax Seed Oil, Udo's, etc?
