Hey Joker, some other signs of overtraining are getting sick easily, getting injured easily, over-tired, lack of motivation, cessation of gains in size and strength, etc. Hope that helps.
 
i would agree sleep is key....i feel u need atleast 8 hours....your muscles grow while you sleep not at the gym!
