They mix it for you, you just let them know what to make. I use 35% milk isolate, 30% caseinate, 35% egg white. That's actually about 55-60% caseinate in there when you consider the milk isolate, but that's pretty much what I want.
Strawberry is my favorite flavor. It tastes like Carnation instant breakfast.
What are the other percentages you use for the carbs and other ingredients?
