What's the best meal replacement bar?

Detour bars are on sale in Memphis for $1.50 at Target. I bought out all 3 Targets in Memphis (sorry!).

The nitrotech bars i have only contain 3-5 gs of sugar per bar, but they have a total of 33-35 grams of total carbs. Each bar also contains 30 grams of protein, and a good amount of saturated fat. I personally like the taste of them though.

If your really serious about good nutrition. Stay away from detour. It has hydogenated oil in it. The bad oil.

I like the new PowerBar Protein Plus bars. 24g protein. Pretty good taste/texture.

muscletech bars taste nasty to me i hate them, i like labrada lean body bars. they're low carb and taste nice.
myoplex delux peanut butter is the best bar i've tasted but high in carbs
metrx make some fine bars too
