I figured if I fill my fridge and such with all healthy shiz, there's less chance of eating garbage.

Lunch and breakfast is what kills me because most of the time I don't have time in the morning to make breakfast and lunch to go at work so I always get that from some joint around my office.

I'm trying to clean up my diet and am aiming to stick to paleo type plan. I wanted to see what ya'll keep on your drawers or in your fridge, especially the stuff I can stockpile for a while.

Costco is the way to go. Cheaper in bulk. I always cook my meals like on the weekend or cook twice a week sun-wed then I tote this big ass camo lunch box with my food for the day in it. I just tried some turkey burgers from Costco 35g protein like 2.00$ a lb. good stuff.

U need to eat some breakfast bro! Oatmeal wouldn't take anymore than 2 minutes to make! Just an idea.. Plus there are many more breakfast ideas!

I stock my place with

Chicken
Eggs
Egg whites
Tuna
Turkey
Sweet potato
Steamables veggies
Bananas
Apples
Oranges
Salsa
Shredded wheat
Silk organic milk
Wheat bread
Brown rice
Kidney beans

I had the hardest time doing that as well, but I found out if I go ahead and cook a bunch up on Sunday then I'm set for the week. Even have the ol lady help me out whenever I get to busy with school or work. Just cook a ton up and then baggy it up and put it in your fridge. Also even doing a protein shake and a couple eggs in the morning is quick and easy.

Keep hardboiled eggs in fridge. Also--get some good tasting chocolate protein powder and blend with water and pour over dry oats--cook oats in microwave--throw in fridge for 5 minutes--tastes great. Throw in almonds and a banana if u want too.

My Grocery list:
Salmon
Steak
Turkey
Chicken
Mushrooms
Spinach
asparagus
tomatoes
rice
carrots
onions/garlic/olive oil when need to restock
