Im going to jail...im being charged with 46 counts of possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver..all felonies...im fighting it but i am going to lose...i dont know if im going to a state or federal prison though...can someone tell me what prison is really like?

by the way i was caught with 2 pounds of pot, 40 OC80's, and like a very small amount of meth...and im in pennsylvania

IN PRISON.......You spend the majority of your time in an 8x10 cell.
AT WORK........You spend most of your time in a 6x8 cubicle.

IN PRISON.......You get three meals a day.
AT WORK........You get a break for 1 meal and you have to pay for it.

IN PRISON.......You get time off for good behaviour.
AT WORK........You get rewarded for good behaviour with more work.

IN PRISON.......A guard locks and unlocks all the doors for you.
AT WORK........You must carry around a security card and unlock and open all the doors yourself.

IN PRISON........You can watch TV and play games.
AT WORK.........You get fired for watching TV and playing games.

IN PRISON.......You get your own toilet.
AT WORK........You have to share.

IN PRISON.......They allow your family and friends to visit.
AT WORK........You cannot even speak to your family and friends.

IN PRISON.......All expenses are paid by taxpayers with no work required.
AT WORK........You get to pay all the expenses to go to work and then they deduct taxes from you salary to pay for prisoners.

IN PRISON.......You spend most of your life looking through bars from inside wanting to get out.
AT WORK........You spend most of your time wanting to get out and go inside bars.

IN PRISON......There are wardens who are often sadistic.
AT WORK.......They are called supervisors.

IN PRISON.......You have unlimited time to read e-mail jokes.
AT WORK........You get fired if you get caught

chances are youll be goin to a state prison. if it were fed you know it by now they dont play games. i did 6 yrs. in a state prison. and the da is probably talkin shit to scare ya. he says take to trial to scare you into takin a bs plea deal. you need to have your lawyer look into all the little details to see what might be able to be droped. everything is details at this point fight every one they might have to drop b/c of technicality.

First off I would find a new lawer. It my cost 5000/10000 but it will be worth it. 3 years for that I dont now. Its your first time. If you go to jail they won't put you with killers and shit. Your young and they put like crimes together. So you wont be with buba serving 30 to life who knows your ass will be the only ass he will ever get. If you do go try to get an early release program or bootcamp. When in do pushup and shit come out in shape. Some prisons have programs so you can learn stuff too. Like auto body, computers. Keep your head up not end of the world.

dude i have very littel sympathy for people that sell OC's, pot is one thing, but OC's that shit is no joke and leads to a fuckoad of teen overdoses... and carries minimum of 8 yrs in most states, and with the quantities you said, it sounds like its even worse

but i spent time in dc jail, no fun, food sucked, have sleeping problems and back problems but dont think for a minute that someone twice ur size automatically has superiority over u, who cares if u get beaten down, you'll live to see another day, but getting raped or gang beaten with soap or a thick platic shaving mirror inside of a sock or pillow case is god awful
