ya, this is a new law they just had past a couple weeks ago. cops dont need suspicion or probable cause anymore to have the dogs sniff your car.

bush is also trying to pass a law that would grant the US the right to have someone locked up for life without a trial.

First of all what are you doing out of jail your bond must not have been that high and with that said the judge doesn't seem to think that you are much of a risk to do something stupid like flee the country so thats a good sign but for sure get a good lawyer none of that public defender bullshit believe me that will make all the difference in your case.You will do some time Im not familiar with your states laws but prison time does seem very possible for the amount you were caught with.Prison life well movies kind of show the real side of it either you join a gang or you'll be sold like a bitch left and right.Best advise find new friends as soon as possible and NEVER bitch out even if fucking mike tyson is in there and calls you out.Other than that its a lifters paradise haveing access to weights everyday fuck yeah! Federal prison is actually "better" as far as food/living conditions from what I've heard from those who have first hand experience. Also, the Supremme Court recently struck down certain provisions of minimum mandatory sentencing in fed cases, which is also good for you. A first time non-violent drug offender receives more time on average than a rapist or child molestor under federal minimum mandatories.
