I have to agree. Don't plea bargin, fight it. I don't a whole lot about law but I do know someone in PA who was caught with coke ( I think with intent to distribute). No time at all. Some light rehab.

This makes me sick. US drug laws are disgusting. Get a better lawyer. Then read Jacob Sullum's "Saying Yes"

I was arrested once when I was about 19. I had a paper route and it was early morning and I had my shirt off as I was driving down the road and throwing papers. I get pulled over and handcuffed for having a ticket out that I hadn't paid. My friend came to get me out of jail and he was laughing his ass off at my mug shot because I looked like a real hardened criminal with my shirt off and black newspaper print smeared all over my face.

i cant afford any good lawyer..i have to use the DA..and my parents wont help me pay for any lawyer..so the DA is the best I can do....i was hoping i could make a deal with the DA that if i joined the marines they would just put me on probabation or something..since i was planning on joining the marines anyway.......the only thing going my way so far is that it doesnt look like the federal govt is going to prosecute me..its just going to be state..at least for now

Im going to jail...im being charged with 46 counts of possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver..all felonies...im fighting it but i am going to lose...i dont know if im going to a state or federal prison though...can someone tell me what prison is really like?

by the way i was caught with 2 pounds of pot, 40 OC80's, and like a very small amount of meth...and im in pennsylvania

Skip bail and leave the country. Fuck jail. You shouldn't go to jail for that, especially if it's your first offense. But we live in a country contolled by the conservatives now. They'll probably give you time. Assholes.
