this summer 5'10'', weighed 225 at the time, 405lbs x 1. on cycle. but i have done double my weight when i was 180lbs, i did 360lbs x 1. BUT 405lbs LOOKS MORE IMPRESSIVE!!!!!!!!
Well today was a chest/back day for me. I did a warm up set with 135 for 12 reps then 185 for ten reps then 205 for ten reps then 225 for ten reps and 245 for 6 reps a little bit of help on the sixth rep though so 5 good reps on the 245. Pretty fucking good considering that two months ago i could barley push 245 for one rep. So i dont know exactly what my max would be right now. i will try in a few weeks and see.
I'm 17, 5'9'' or 5'10'', weighed today at 171 pounds, max two weeks ago was 250 pounds one time. This is all natural. I go up about 50 pounds every four months when I work out. Damn, I need some steroids.
