What's a good meal after cardio?

I run every other day 2-3 miles and I was wondering what would be a good meal/drink after I am done with my running?

Tx

If you're cutting you have to take protein and low carbs

how would you estimate the intensity of your cardio training?
if it's low go with pro+fats
if it's mod-high go with complex low-moderate GI carbs + protein

Whey Protein Isolates absorb quickly OAS. You would need a shake.

As for foods. Tuna and 2 boiled eggs. Would work. The tuna digest rather quickly and boiled eggs take a while and give you a full feeling. A banana would also be could to restore mineral and potassium levels.

Boiled vs. sunny side up eggs....what's the difference as I always make my eggs sunny side up.

well if you want to get picky...

frying eggs damages eggs or in some cases breaks the amino bonds allowing for quicker absorbtion... boiling does this to, but to a lesser extent
