This is reality. Your body changes as you age! Your forties and fifties are a lot different from your twenties and thirties. Balls to the wall at twenty is not the same at fifty. You have to take it slower or you will get hurt. When you are older and you push yourself to failure all the time something will fail that you didn't want to fail. This was a lesson I learned the hard way to many times. I want my elbows and shoulders to work for a lot longer. I want to be able to wipe my own ass when I'm eighty.
