I am terrified of being on a pedestal, on a stage, in the public eye... I can totally see you telling me to STFU & compete sooner than ya think...

Think of it this way -- you go to the gym & train don't you? You KNOW people are staring at you when your back is rippling w/ muscle but you still tune it out dont' you? Because your goal is to complete your set, stay in shape & get home to kick back. Same thing on stage. You are there to do a job of sorts, so just go do it! And like I said, your first show is YOURS to experience, not to worry about how well you do it. You HAVE to start somewhere.

My guess, you might turn into a "spotlight junkie" after that. You'll NEED to walk around in that suit & the heels EVERYWHERE you go. When people yell out "Hey Frisky!", you'll immediately throw on that winning smile and hit your front pose, preparing for "quarter turn to the right ladies".
