What Would You Do?
At 5'11'' and 220 lbs more frustrated than ever. I lost alot of weight going from 305 down to 180 by eating clean and doing cardio and training 3 times a week. At 180 lbs I looked anorexic and still had fat to lose and a scrawny upperbody so I switched up the routine. I hired a trainer and started to hit the weight room more and did less cardio. Well, I gained alot of fat and very little muscle (my legs were the only place I saw gains). I have sagging skin from weight loss and subcutaneous fat that I haven't been able to get rid of for 4 years.
My Goal: I would love to be 220lbs of muscle but I would settle for 200 (for now). We have some built uncles so I know the genes are there but we also have some heavyweights too. What cyle or steps would you take to cut bodyfat, gain some lean muscle mass, and hold the gains. I feel like shit and have always wanted to be bigger and busting my ass over the past years has left me unmotivated and pissed off.
