Don't use alot of weight. They will be awkward as hell at first. Just keep your back straight. I kill people all time with these all the time. It's funny as hell. I do 405 with them for 10 reps, then these big fuckers think they will do the same. They usually end up doing 185. LOL!

No wide grip pullups for me. For some reason, the wide grip aggravates my chronic wrist problem. Shoulder width is as far as I can go. (But I can pronate, supinate, and do close grip pullups wi/no problems.)
Sqats aggrevate my back really bad. I'll do straight let deadlifts...but with very light weight, otherwise i'm in pain too. OH, and incline db curls also....
