what was your last meal and what is your next one?

last meal 3 large roast chicken drumsticks with maybe 2 medium sized roast potatos (in chunks) in a tomato/herb dressing

this meal (halfway through) is 2 sachets of northern bluefin tuna with oven dried tomato and herbs in olive oil...total 300g and about 74g protein, 20g fat (dont care. need good fat anyway)
 
last meal a 150 gram steak (baked in coconutoil), 1 tomato, a cup of skim milk with a scoop op whey, banana, 80 grams of oatmeal

next 8 egg whites 1 yellow, 80 grams of oatmeal, cup of skim milk
