Boy... you didn't get to the show I went too. Figure show these two girls had fat all over them... I wonder if they were 30% BF....
 
Figure is still all over the board and sometimes its laughable. Whatever. Its also very political and sometimes just silly.

the first day I tried the potatoes I feel like hard on the stomach, but just for a couple of hours... yesterday, normal. My weight hasn't varied, and the general look is better because water bloat has reduced very much. Thanks!

Sassy, if I use oats in a cookie recipe, which is basically oats and egg whites, and bake them, would you say that is a dry carb? I'm not using water with the oats to cook them. Just curious.

I guess if there's no extraneous water, its not wet.

But then I'm not sure you should be eatign cookies if you are in pre-comp.... ;)

Haha, I found the recipe somewhere around here! It's basically just dry oats mixed with egg whites and some cinnamon and splenda. They are so yummy! I just didn't know if they would absorb the water I drink or something and be just like cooked oats.
