dont use anything fry that shit on the stove and put it ontop of a toasted bagel...sooo goood bout 35 grams of protein too...use an egg bagel only 1 g of fat

Lowrys makes a lemon pepper marinade that is pretty good with it and a little of their Teriyaki marionade works also, Stir Fry or pita bread or tortilla style.

I mix mine with mayo and dill pickles. I just throw it all in the food processor and whip it up.

by the way jens my sweet

it is not chicken breast
it is more dark meat then anything plus what ever protien is left on the chicken after they remove the breasts
it is what is called a value added product
something that would have normally gone to other uses but can be made marketable
such as those "baby" carrots that come already peeled in the cello bags
that was someone's brainchild on how to use all the broken carrots that occur during harvesting
they throw them into a friction peeler and after a goodly amount of time viola "baby carrots"

as for the canned chicken,
i eat it but love dark meat anyway

Thank you Obi sweetness........BTW very interesting about the "baby" carrots. I had a feeling they weren't "baby." Kinda like some restaurants that serve "scallops" that are really punch outs from skate or flounder!!

I have 2 cans of the stuff & didn't want to toss them.........

ther is a premium chunk chicken breast in a can which costs a little more than the canned chicken you described.

I fry it in a pan with some frozen McKenzie's seasoning blen which is onions, celery, red and green pepprs, and parsley.
Slap it inbetween some toast with some swiss cheese.

yeah the stuff i buy is all white meat.. but whatever floats your boat...
