i also use the cans to make really really fast fajitas and quesadillas obviously that requires some cooking
you can make a super quick chicken salad by adding a bit of lite mayo some onion powder and other spices and just mix up in a tupper ware.. thats my favorite quick meal fix with canned chicken
i mix mine with light canola oil mayo, walnuts, and dried cherries or cranberries...yum...then i stuff it in a lo-carb tortilla with some sprouts and i have one awesome sandwich.
