how important is the fat in that first meal (I'd probably just have a shake) because I'm on a low fat diet, I'd just add some olive oil to my shake but I try to keep fat to a minimum?
So after my morning hour of cardio, I should wait 45 minutes before even thinking about a protein/fat meal? Or can I take that protein/fat meal immediately after the cardio session, and wait about 45 minutes before my first meal with carbs in it?
