What to eat before morning workout/cardio?

What can I eat that will give me some descent fuel for my workout which lasts for 1 hour first thing in the morning, I want something that will provide some fuel for my workout but be burned up before i start my 30min cardio session immediately after.

eggs can make my tummy turn upside down before cardio..

when i was doing AM cardio i consumed 1/3 cups of oats (lazy ass here just measured 1/3 of a cup out and poured in a bowl and added water) never mircowaved for some reason

20 grams of protien (isolate)

Your impressions are correct. Cardio first thing in AM on an empty stomach is ideal, but if you have to eat something just shoot for regular whey protein in water. The protein want slow down the fat burning process like carbs and fats do. The problem with doing cardio and weight training together is that if you train first, you need to have a pwo shake immediately after to restore glycogen and this is definitley not optimal right before cardio. Obviously those of us who prioritize training over cardio would never do cardio first, due to the catabolic affect your body will be in after doing cardio and training, not to mention energy lost from cardio. And having carbs right after cardio is a big no-no, as we all know, so what is the best solution to this problem? Split it up if possible--cardio in am, training in pm.
 
so if I am doing cardio in the AM on an empty stomach would it be more ideal to eat carbs straight after or have a protein shake and wait until lunch time to eat carbs?

Wait anywhere between 45min to 1 1/2hr, Giving lypolisis(fat burning process) more time. When you do eat, eat a protein/fat meal to prolong it.
 
So if I did cardio on an empty stomach, the ideal first meal after cardio should be coming from fats & protein only? can we add some green veggies? like let say have eggs omlet with spinach and tomatoes?

Carbs are carbs. I wouldnt, but thats just me.
