What to do to make this go away?

Late at night, like an hour before going to bed, I go fucking nuts to put something in my mouth to eat. It doesn't have to be a meal. It can something as small a piece of chocolate and I'm happy with that. Problem is that I just went through a whole bag of my wives chocolates in 2 weeks. I took 1 chocolate per night. These were hers and not mine. But that's not the point. The point is I don't want to eat chocolate everynight. Is there something very low calorie, no sugar, no carb etc etc that I can just eat? Gum doesn't work at all for me BTW.

No really good advice for ya on this one Carth, but I just had to compliment you on that cool ass tattoo on your back.

you could try nut almonds or penuts the fat in them is good fat and they should fill you up quick or some low fat cottage cheese its mostly protien beef jerkey is good too just watch the sodium hope this gives you some ideas i know where you ae comming from iam constantly hungry and eatin even late night

Not hungry. Just need to put something in my mouth that tastes...ok. I guess. That 1 tiny bit of chocolate helps. But I dont' want to eat choc over and over. How about Jello? Fat free, no carbs etceet ?

My remedy for this has always been no-fat cottage cheese and a glass full
of cold water w/ lots of ice to crunch on.

sf jello, literally nothing, like eating air. saved me a million of times.

damn... beat me to it. jello kicks ass. you could eat 4 of them and it would only be ~20 cals total.

i prefer making it myself with a can of club soda (sparkling jell-o). damn, i could go for some right now.

Yea sugar free jello is what you are looking for...

I will sometimes just have a teaspoon PB if you can handle the extra cals.

I bought me some SF jello today. Havne't used it yet. But I'll let you guys know what happend. Thanks for all the love!

Hmmmm, what kind do you suggest? I would def. want to look into that.

I believe it's called Bunny Bell.
It's in the small containers though.

It's made with sucralose and acesulfame potassium.

And they have some that have on 5 grams of Carbs. :rose:

if you're really desperate for something worse for you and since yogurt can be eaten in a flash, freeze those babies.

frozen yogurt is moorish

I make Crystal Lite popcicles in the summer for desserty stuffs. Half the water content to a package (or they taste too diluted) and freeze in a tray with toothpicks or those little stirrer sticks. Rockin substitute for calorie laden snacks.

I'm loving these SF jello gelatins. Well...I'm not loving it loving it. I am a big boy and I do need REAL food. But these makes that little desire thing go away for a while. Just until I have my bedtime protein shake.

I like to make Jell-O squares. Boil 4 cups of water, and pour it into a 9x13 inch pan (or one close to that size). Mix in 3 packets of Knox gelatine and 3 (0.3 oz size) boxes of sugar free Jell-O. You can use all the same flavour or mix them. Let it gel for 6 hrs or so, then cut it into squares. Good stuff. A little thicker and more substance than just regular SF Jell-O but still won't kill the diet.

The whole tray has 195 calories, 30g protein, 0 fat, 0 carbs.

sugar free ice cream in a milkshake with carbless milk and just a smidgeon of protein powder...
