what to do after the nine week WSB program?

Im a raw lifter (for now). I finished the nine week program about two months ago. I followed it up with about three weeks of my own training. Alot of really wide grip paused bench presses. to work the lower portion of my bench (which was lagging). Then i got a shoulder injury working. so i was off for about a month letting it heal.

Now i was starting up again with the nine week program. but that might not be such a good idea.

however i dont really know what i should do for accsessory work or how to pick reps and sets from each workout.

Any suggestions on how i can go back into things.

and how i can select my accsessory work to match up with goals for training that session?

thanks

Slavik, I'm a raw lifter too, when I train, and I work up to raw maxes before I work with equipment. I don't train any differently than any other guy in our group. Am I missing something? I hear alot of WSB vs raw lifters, and I just don't get it.

i thought it made a diffrence ont he sort of lifts you emphesize. ie: a raw bencher focus more on lockout and mid-range portions of the bench?

dont you wear a bench shirt in comps though?

Yes, but that's about the only time I wear it. I don't over emphasize my lockout when training just because I wear one. Then you're only training to be strong at a comp, as opposed to just plain strong. Why would someone do that?
