I am eating 2500 to 2600 calories a day how can that not be enough?
Okay, I'd like to help you, and don't take some of the things that I'm about to say as hollering, okay?
According to the information I was able to glean by spending time looking up old posts of yours, you are a 215 lb., 34 year old, 5'6" female. If you are hungry all the time the #1 question is how does your diet break out in terms of macros, the fat/protein/carb?
Next question, are you still working out close to two hours a day, five days a week, estimating your caloric burn to be 900+ calories a day?
Assuming the above to be true, then if you're eating 2500 calories, and burning 900, by doing the math, you're UNDER-EATING. Your BMR is 1750, you're netting 1600 calories a day (and that's assuming you're ESTIMATING your caloric intake correctly), your body thinks it's in starvation mode, it's holding fat HARD. The fact of the matter is, you're BUSTING your ass to burn it, meanwhile you could eat more, workout LESS and get better results.
Cut back the exercise, eat a little more. Log your food and exercise and get a real handle on what's going on.
If I'm working off of incorrect information then, a little help, TELL me, calorie wise and percentage wise, what you eat, how much you currently weigh, and how much you're exercising.
There is a free diet calculator at FitDay.com. If you put EVERYTHING into that, you might be VERY surprised at the true numbers.
If you don't like FitDay, there's one at CalorieKing, it's a fee based membership thing but some of us prefer it. To me it's worth the money.
Weight loss starts getting MORE difficult, in it's own way, when you get CLOSER to your goal, seriously. The notoriously most difficult to lose are the last pounds, and that's when you REALLY need to start dialing in macros and numbers.
