About an hour after I wake up, whether that's 7:30 or noon. I'm not sure how it started, it was either because I thought the gym would be less busy, or it was summertime when I started and it wasn't open when I got off work most nights (11pm). But now I have myself convinced I can't have a worthwhile workout after a full day of work because I'd be too tired (physically and mentally). Since I hate my frickin job and I stand all day, perhaps this is true. But I still worry some since I hear people always saying you're not up to snuff until you've been awake a few hours.
