How do I figured out my Body fat percentage?
If i am bulking up and my ultimate goal is 210-220 cut and my cureent wieght is 170 ( was 160), do i bulk up to 235 and start to cut?
Or should I bulk for 8 weeks, cut for 2 weeks, look at the results then stat bulking again?
I currently put on 10 lb in 5 days and I am not use to having any fat so I am concerned. I understand that in order to bulk up I will get some fat but this really concerns me.
