What;s the Dumbest Thing You've Done In The Gym?

Thought I would being a bit of humor to this forum, I hope people will share.
You know every single one of us, has done something stupid at the gym, weather just a beginner, or seasoned veteran. Lets hear it!
I'll start off.

1st. When I first got into lifting, I was finishing up my Tri's with some close grip benches. These two hot chicks come strolling in and post up at the machine right in front of the bench, so my dumb ass figures i'll do just one more set, so I threw some more weight on there, and needless to say I did one rep to many, and couldn't get the last one, so I rested the bar on my chest, and slowly rolled the bar over my hips, onto my thighs and got up, had nasty bruises on my skin where the bar rolled over my thighs!

2nd. Just finished up doing some leg extensions, got up and started to walk away. Made eye contract with a girl at the gym, just as I gave her a slight smile, one of my legs gave out, I stumbled abit, and grabbed the seated arm curl machine, sat down, and tried to make it seem like i was going to do biceps next.
 
was doing 225 on the bench and the bar slipped out of my hand when it was extended (did not keep a strong grip) and landed right smack on my chest thankfully. I ended up pressing it up and racking it and got up.

my chest felt like someone punched me but i was okay. could of been a lot worse situation, had it fell back down onto my neck who knows
 
Was doing barbell shrugs and was sliding another plate on with my legs and pinched the top of my dick between the plates.. oh yes there was blood

Was on my fifth set of clean & jerks (weight probably just a little heavier than it should have been), extended for rep number 3, shooting for 5, and the room got all light and fuzzy, and when I woke up, my training partner was standing over me. I took 2min, and said, "I'll wait for the next exercise. I think I'm good on these."
 
Was re-racking some large db's and pinched the shit out of my finger when I was slinging the second one onto the rack. I yelled at the top of my lungs "Fuckin COCKSUCKER!". Well they do a small summer camp for children and they were all sitting around the corner. A lady poked her head around and asked if we could hold off on yellin sexual obscenities until the children go home.

I've done a few stupid things. I was gonna do db shoulderpress.. And went to knee the weight up and it flew right out of my hand hahaha. It's usually my freinds that end up doing something stupid haha
 
Sophomore year at baseball workouts. 2 seniors told me to try to bench with 135lbs. Fell on my chest and couldn't lift it up. >.> they just sat and laughed.


Complaining wont make you look good naked!
 
While squatting 315, was on the 5th set of 6, knew on rep #4 or 5 that I should have stopped, but had to be a manly man and bust out the rest, on the way up I severely broke form and bulged a disc in the lower back. Racked the weight and down to the floor I went. That was around 8 years ago and still have a slight ache to this day. Since then, once I realize my body is anywhere close to failing, I stop.

I only lift for me, haven't tried to impress anyone since then

I forgot to tighten the collar when doing dl. I picked up the bar and all the weight flew off one side.

A little skinny kid at my gym who always talks to me about the latest b.s. supplement he is taking to gain weight was doing db curls with like 30s and I could tell he was hurting himself but didnt wanna look like a puss. He busted out like 15 alternating reps, got lightheaded, stood up to rack the dbs and just kept stumbling forward and slammed into the huge mirror behind the db rack. Shattered it everywhere. Felt so fkn bad for him lol
