What makes muscles grow? Intensity, more weight, or duration?

Hello all!

the more I train and learn, the more confusing things become.

I want to do a good MASS building program. What should I focus on?

Being very intensive on short periods of time? Or try to lift more weight than before or do 20 set per bodypart blitzers.

I am confused about dorians, arnolds, and powerlifting approaches...

Any ideas?

Can I build bigger muscles through supersets? ( as long as I progress with them).

reply please!

thanks!

Now I'm really going to shoot myself.

Run a search! This has been discussed in some form or another ad nauseum! Haven't you been around here for ages?

Alex, Belail is currently on his period and has been for a few days. But he has a point. This is basic stuff that's been discussed on this board over and over. Do a search on these topics:

Mass
bulk/bulking
size

Secondly, the only way to figure this stuff out is to get your ass to the gym and try it. Different workouts work differently for different people. There are relatively few absolutes. In other words, don't overthink this stuff. It's not rocket surgery. :)

be consistent with your intensity and continue to progress with heavier weights.

and eat like a fucker...
