I'm built like a thoroughbred. Skinny wrists and ankles and muscles blowed up like baghdad in between.

2 weeks ago before summer cutting it was 48 1/2 at 196. only 5"7 though

51 inches.........cold, air exhaled, unflexed.

Goes up to 53 and a little when I breath in. 54 if I flex as well.

Bodyweight 230. BTW I dont fit any category on your poll.
