I measure it like any other body part. I flex the chest and lats then measure.

THat means you feel the rib cage with air.

no not really a deep breath or anything, just hold your breath while flexing.

51 inches.........cold, air exhaled, unflexed.

Goes up to 53 and a little when I breath in. 54 if I flex as well.
