What is the most hardcore hypertrophy training I can do?

I've had it with 3 day splits. I recover fast as hell and feel I can push my self way freaking more.

Without further adue, I want you guys to construct me the most hardcore training regime a human being can handle. Something like a 5 day split, Arnold style.

Please don't tell me I'll overtrain and die. I am prepared to test my Eastern European genetics like I never have before.

Weekly strength/mass gain shall be posted.

Thanks guys, can't do this without y'all. :)

Sounds like the right attitude brother!! Its not the hardest a human being can handle, but it can be modified. This was originally arnold's old routine, the set and rep scheme but I modified it over time. Most people fear this type of routine for some reason. I started on it from the beginning. Heres a link:

KILL THAT SHIT!!

DEFINITELY interested in seeing your results from doing this.

I do a 4-day split right now and although I'm doing 16-20 sets each session, many to failure, I feel like I could recover a bodypart within 3 days rather than 7. So I'd like to see how you do as I might copy. Post up your results when you find a routine you like!

I'll be posting a complete results thread once I get started, I'm a few weeks away of finishing my cutting cycle, I'll take a short break, then it will be time to kill that shit.

Stay tuned. :) I'm probably going to use WalkingBeast's routine, I'll be adding volume until I pass out. Interestingly enough, I have never overtrained in my life, so its all good.

Thanks bros. :D

I believe this is 10x10 training, correct? If so, I've done this in 3 day splits for a few weeks with good results, however it still isn't something I believe to be very challenging.

yes. 10 sets of 10 with a weight that is about 60% of your 1RM. 90 seconds of rest inbetween each set. with about 5 days rest before repeating a muscle group.

im doin the 5x5 program and do 9 sets of ech bodypart... its helping with my strength from when i came off my diet this summer for a comp. but also i am up to 222 from ~190 ... so i've gained a lot naturally in a few months. obviously its not all muscle, a lot of water and some fat, but im bulkin! i am goin to do a modified 5x5 program for when i do decide to use AS this march tho . that should be fun

80 sets would take you a whole day to do. You're wasting your time.

post a pic of yourself and your routine so we can see what your working with before knocking someone elses training methods. I personally dont do many sets/reps but just because that doesnt work for me , doesnt mean it doesnt work

Its all relative brother! Aslong as I tear the target muscles and then feed them, I dont see the problem. Ive always trained this way. I dont tire easily. I have the ability to work several muscles all out in one day. Even after many sets of incline or flat bench, I can go into shoulders and they just feel warmed up. There are many different ways to train. If there was one effective method, there wouldnt be a need for a discussion board. Lots of so called experts will preach thier method as the only way. This is just whats worked for me over the years. Keep KILLING THAT SHIT!!
