I watch for this trait in everyone while I watch them interact with others, I can't help myself.

One of the top things I would observe about a man is how he would treat everyone around us, from the guy who parked the cars, to the woman who waited the table, to the guy in the street trying to sell us a rose, to his collegue (who might be a douche) because whatever way he was interacting with those people surely meant that I would be next.
