what is the heaviest credit load you ever took in college?

Did two 24 hour semesters and two 21 hour semesters.

In all fairness though, I was in undergrad & grad school at the same time.
I did 18 in a 5 week summer session but it was the same: grad and undergrad at the same time. I had a wife and 6 month old kid and i sent them home to her mother for the whole 5 weeks and basically just ate speed and went to class and studied for the whole time. It really sucked but it was the only way I could get my stipend the next semester and I needed it so my wife could stay at home with the baby while I was in grad school. The postscript is that I got divorced in my 2nd semester of grad school!

I took 21 hours and worked two jobs on top of that.

I'm a little burned out- I just graduated two days ago lol...

The only class to worry about is physics.
I took Organic, Physics, Anatomy and Physiology, and Cal. all at one time plus other courses, but if my lazy ass can do it, I know you will be just fine!!! :)

Had six classes one semester because the alternative was 5 with one Summer course.

One of the classes met once a week though

I paid cash for my undergrad and graduate degree but took loans for law school. I am at 100K in debt right now but I will probably pay off a huge chunck of it if I decide to continue school after this. I know some people in my class, namely single people who are not married and do not have wealthy parents who have near 150K in debt, and that is just on their law loans. Some have undergrad degrees from private shools and that tacks on a hell of a lot more.

Heck, I read about one guy in congress who is in his 50's and still paying of this college debt!

Well......credit hours - you cant compare really....

I had the following in the same quarter:

P-chem
Biochem
Organic Chem
2nd year Calculus

that was 20 QUARTER HOURS

5 hours each
