What is the best brand of soy protein?

If i had to buy soy it would be from Proteinfactory.com w/ splenda for sugar.

OK, well now I'm scared of soy.

What about rice or egg proteins then? I'm using this along with creatine, and that's all, besides eating as much as I can.

That's the whole problem though, I can't take the whey. Freakin tears me up, and I've tried several brands. I do appreciate the advice.

I never mix the drinks with milk, but it's the whey (milk product) that doesn't digest well. That's why I'm asking for the best protein source other than whey. I can't eat those bars all day. Thats too many bars to supplement like 100grams of protein per day.

Know anything about the rice or egg powder for shakes?

I'm definitely looking to find some kind of protein suplement, and for the amount that I need to supplement I can only imagine using shakes to do it. I'm eating a bit better to help, including a protein bar for breakfast, but I eat too much fast food to focus on eating alone to get it done.

Is rice protein powder any good? On proteinfactory.com they mention the rice protein is good to use w/ creatine. Any opinions on the rice protein powder? Whey is out, soy is out, so I'm looking at the rice powder now.
