I saw some dudes on a few other boards talking about 3 x 3 training methods kicking their asses, what is 3 x 3? 3 seconds up and 3 seconds down? I asked on the boards in which these statements were made but someone has yet to reply. Any of you know what this is all about ?
I would think that it would be 3 sets of 3 reps. Never cared much for this type of routine...I felt that if I was doing 3 reps...I needed to do a little more volume...set wise.
But I have done it...and it did provide a little growth.
A 3x3 is 3 sets of three exercises which are chosen to give you a full-body workout, like squats, rows, and benches for example. The exercises are done sort of like circuit training. Check out this link.
