Is that Post-Workout Shake or Whey Protein or what? What do you guys usually use? I have whey protein --- if its not whey protein, is there a way I can make a simple shake at home?

I generally do 100% (has to be 100%) grape juice since it had more nutrition then straight sugar and has dextrose (same as glucose) grape sugar = glucose/dextrose

Most fruit sugar is fructose. I'd stay away from that stuff with a 100 foot pole. I would only do the fruit juices that contail glucose/dextrose. Fructose does very little except turn into fat...
