I like that I *fit*. For most of my life I didn't feel like one of the girls. I'd rather climb trees or catch frogs than twirl around in dresses. Then exercise for women was all about high-impact, hopping around in a leotard, or spending hours on a bike. Weights were pink and light and lifted enough times to make anyone mad with boredom.
Yuck.
Then I picked up a real weight. And then another. I haven't looked back.
