What happened to all the high dose runners?

My Turn to chime in.........I have ran many cycles (Too many to count)
I Ran Test as high as 2,000mgs a week and my opinion is i felt like the gains were no more than what i ran at 750wk.This was back when i competed.
i stay around 500mg now and still going strong in the gym.I am now 57.

I noticed a huge difference from 750mgs to 1500mgs. It was almost like it was my first time again!
 
well didnt mean to get ya all crazy...relax take a deep breath...

i never told anyone to do anything..all i said was 250 a week cyclers was a waste... its a waste of an oppurtunity to make real gains..if your gonna get shut down atleast make it worth it..look thru any of my posts i have never told anyone to do anything more then 500 test 400 deca or 500 test 400 eq...unless it was someone with many cycles done...but i see no harm in the above cycles at all..was the norm for years until recently

congrats on lookin better then me..im sure ya do..i have never bragged about how i look..only thing i have ever said is sides from aas are blown out of proportion
I never liked the 250mg cycles ether. I don't newbs should go all out ether though. 500mg is just right for any cycle.


WTF I thought 500mg test for 10-12 weeks was still the norm? wtf did thid change? I watch the boards pretty well and I do see a couple of people preaching the 250mg first cycle but not many. 500mg is not a whole lot of juice . that is the avg cycle if you ask me,and always should be.

I use higher doses but who cares....u know. I'm not doing it because I like to do high dosages but if I want to get bigger I have to increase the dosage. If I were to drop down to 225lbs or less I sure hell don;t need to run 2 gr/week. No need. Dosages do depend on the body weight too. The bigger you are the more use use.

If you want to stay close to your genetic max by all means do less gear. 1 gr or less is more than fine.
There is no point in using 2g of gear/week. Most of the gains you will lose anyway cause your body is not built to support that weight. Muscle needs testosterone to keep around if you don;t have it naturally then you just wasted your time. Not to mention food, sleep and correct training.
 
some are still around.. its a younger crowd around here now though...with all teh bullshit low dose cycle preachers the newbies are to scared to try anything

my last cycle was gram test 600 deca 700 tren 5iu gh...doing same cycle again in about a month or so..

your a good bro and i kno u have experience with gear .. but please remember when noobs read lines like above..they get wrong ideas and want to jump into huge cycles they have no business doing like the 1 above u mention..

maybe try to word what u are trying to get across better .. or fully explain it .. cause someone who dont know u from a whole in the wall would take this as u saying a 1 gram test, deca, tren, hgh cycle was a normal good cylce for a noob or even 1st timer... and they shouldnt be scared to try it!!

I hope you're right. From most of the posts I read by newbs on here, they have no business trying anything (AAS) until they get their diet and training in order first. But, they come here wanting to jump into a cycle and don't know their asses from a hole in the ground.

Funny how many guys come on here at 6' and 180 lbs. who are 21 and think they're ready for gear. Before these guys pick up a needle they need to pick up a fork.

Trends come and go. With dosage there is an optimum amount and this varies with an individual, their experience, their goals, etc. There is definitely a point of diminishing returns and I don't think anyone would recommend over 500mg wk for a first cycle. Depending on what you're doing you may never need to go beyond that. Then again you may want to do 2-3g wk, 20iu hgh ED eat 600g protein a day, train twice a day for 2 hrs at a time and rest in between.And maybe need your gf to tie your shoes for you. I just don't think it's as fashionable as it once was and people used to buy from the guy at the gym and you could procure larger amounts without personally worrying about customs etc.
