What happened to all the high dose runners?

some are still around.. its a younger crowd around here now though...with all teh bullshit low dose cycle preachers the newbies are to scared to try anything

my last cycle was gram test 600 deca 700 tren 5iu gh...doing same cycle again in about a month or so..



I'm sorry bro, I know you're a long time member and I try to be respectful to everyone, but you really talk some stupid bullshit sometimes.

Enough.

"Preaching" low doses isn't B.S. It's called being responsible. If you aren't good enough to grow on less, then fine, knock yourself out -- but don't be telling newbies they're "too scared" if they don't go higher.

I think when I competed (circa 1999) I looked AT LEAST as good as you do and in my entire life I don't think I took as much as you did this month. Over 2300 grams of juice a week? Dude, that's more than Olympia contestants take. Who are you kidding?

So to each his own. But accept your limitations. Don't try to drag everyone down to your level. And don't disparage those who suggest people actually try to learn how to build their body through diet, supps and exercise. A lot have done it and lot of them look a lot better than you bro. So, be try and be a little more humble. Just because you do a lot of gear does not make you an authority.

How can you compare yourself to Hayez as im pretty sure he has never put a picture up of himself for personal reasons, same as I dont post mine.

Also some people need more then others no matter how well your diet/training is, which Hayez has shown on several ocasion that he has both of these down to path.

I myself will use close to a gram, gram and a half combined for my next cycle and have my diet and routine down to path, havnt had a drink in close to 8 months and take my training very seriously, dont see whats wrong with using a little extra sauce.

And as far as pro's I know what a few are doing to get there pro cards locally and 2g's of gear a week is a base for some lol.

I disagree--an article last year profiled the average gear user-->30, white collar, does not use gear for BB competitions but for overall fitness/image--which would not demand grams of gear/week

MAYBE. BUT I'VE DEALT WITH MANY AND MOST WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING OVER A GRAM IS A WASTE. THEN AGAIN, THEY'RE NOT WANNABE'S. THEY ACTUALLY ARE DOING IT.

well didnt mean to get ya all crazy...relax take a deep breath...

i never told anyone to do anything..all i said was 250 a week cyclers was a waste... its a waste of an oppurtunity to make real gains..if your gonna get shut down atleast make it worth it..look thru any of my posts i have never told anyone to do anything more then 500 test 400 deca or 500 test 400 eq...unless it was someone with many cycles done...but i see no harm in the above cycles at all..was the norm for years until recently

congrats on lookin better then me..im sure ya do..i have never bragged about how i look..only thing i have ever said is sides from aas are blown out of proportion

i was talking about this board in general...not all aas users...i just ment the membners that usd to be here were a bit older and into heavier cycles...
its a new crowd and alot younger it seems

Okay, class response, I appreciate that.

I guess my point is, when you say that 1500 cycles are the norm or they cause no harm, that's not really accurate and it gives the wrong impression. It's like telling your child that having 2 drinks and a half pack of cigerettes is okay. Sure, that may not even show any harm, but newbies look to us for responsible advice.

Also, small cycles absolutely make a difference if you've trained in a manner where you fight for every ounce of muscle. Unfortunately, when you depend on gear before learning how to train, it's all about more and more and that ain;t bodybuilding. It's recreational drug use. Which again, is fine. But not something that should be advocated IMO.

But please do not call people bullshit bro. Nothing wrong with getting good gains off light cycles.. But lets face it we all need to advance some day and get a little bigger with the cycle. Good for some not good for others. I think we should all know both ways very well.

If some one on ef has some cycles under there belt and wants to go for a big one. Well I think you,me and some others will be more then ready to help them.
 
My Turn to chime in.........I have ran many cycles (Too many to count)
I Ran Test as high as 2,000mgs a week and my opinion is i felt like the gains were no more than what i ran at 750wk.This was back when i competed.
i stay around 500mg now and still going strong in the gym.I am now 57.
