what foods/supplements can i get dextrose from

i know obviously that i can get it from cell tech but i dont wanna pay $3/serving when i know i can get it cheaper. I want to add dextrose to my post workout meal and creatine/protein shake but i dont know where to find it......my question basically is can i buy straight dextrose or do i have to acquire it by eatin something else????????
