What excercises work 3 parts of tris?

Hey guys, I know when benching you use all three parts of ur tris, the bottom part(by elbow), middle, and top(parallel to bicep). What are tri excercises that work for each part of the tri. I would like too work all 3 parts of my tri's b/c I know one part is weak. I do dips both ways bench to bench with weight on my lap and parallel. When it comes to parallel i can do 15 then can't go anymore. Now when I do bench to bench and rack 2-100 lbs plates on my laps I can do a good 12 then can't go anymore. I'm guessin one part of my tri is stronger then the other, like when i do pushdowns with cable machine I can do 130 for 10 when i do extensions on the same machine I do 130 for 4 if I dont give out before that. According too this what part of my tri is weak and what excercise can I do too improve it(This might just be why my max isn't going up any).

First thing you have to do is stop thinkin like a bodybuilder. Isolation of muscles in powerlifting is not really important. And your exercise selection resembles that of a bb and not a powerlifter.

Tricep Bar exercises: JM press, Close grip bench, Floor Press with chains, 4 and 5 board presses, bar extensions.

Tricep DB exercises: Elbows out extensions, dumbell extensions, or dumbell extensions on the floor, incline or decline.

Instead of researching AAS...research training. More importantly bands and chains. They will make you fast. And to be strong you have to be fast.

What are bands and chains and if this is a PL excercise can I do this in a gym b/c I dont really have nethin at home and I have too excercise MON, WED, FRI at school if I wanna compete.

For the excercises can you explain what exactly are those excercises; 1)JM presses 2)bar extensions 3) I didn't state those other ones b/c I know those are done at a home gym according too what other people have told me 4)DB extensions 5)you mentioned being fast, on my cardio days tue, thur, sat, sun wouldn't boxing like punchin the speed bag make me faster soo I can focus on strength MON,WED,FRI in the weight room. Just asking on a suggestion I have.

thanx the mann i will check it, hey by the way did u ever get those two emails i sent u a while ago i've been waitin for replies.

would you really recomend using bands and chains for a beginner?

I was reading the article "accomidating resistance" and at the end he says he doesnt recommend it for people new to the sport.

just want your ideas on the topic......since i have been thinking of adding chains (not bands yet)

I have just started using bands for GPP like leg curls and tricep push downs

I think chains are great for beginners but wait on bands until you get used to the chains.probably 2-3 months
