what else can I use instead of dextose for my post shake??

This is great feedback. Thanks for making this topic.

This'll be helpful while I wait for my dextrose to be shipped..

Ok youve mentioned bananas twice already.... not trying to dog you but people need to check their information before they give out advice here.

Banana's are rich in FRUCTOSE, which is primarily used to fill liver glucogen, NOT muscle glycogen. For the purpose of a PWO meal, bananas are completely pointless.

I know everyone here hates it..but i just bought a 2lb bag @ GNC for like $3.00. Maltodextrin is a little tougher to find tho.
