Drumsticks are good dipped in egg then rolled in parmesan cheese, black pepper. Then you just bake at 400-425 for around 40 minutes.

Good cold too.

As long as they don't marinade it & it isn't basted with a sauce.. that can add a shitload of sugar.

Are you attempting a CKD Massbuild? You need to eat equal amounts of fat and protien to get into Ketosis.
