could this work as a CKD?
breakfast
2 slices of unsmoked back bacon
2 fried eggs
small block of chedder cheese
lunch (or post workout)
40g whey protein drink
dinner
3 chicken drumsticks
supper
40g whey protein drink
im not too sure of how many calories are in this diet but my stats are 5 foot 6, 137lbs, male. Im also not sure of the carb-up day either but could i lose weigt off this diet.
opinions please!
