what do you guys eat on CKD?

well im just wonderin what some of you ppl eat on CKD so if neone out there is on one then could you post an example diet of a normal day on CKD and also a carb-up day.

Go take a look at Mr.X's CKD manual - follow one of his links at the top this board - the manual will be in there with the rest of his articles. He breaks it all down for you with sample meals for each day of the CKD....
 
salami, various fatty meat products, high-fat cheese, protein shakes and an apple every couple of days. I usually eat as long i feel hungry but i try to fill up with water and diet coke also. i never carb up.
i know that does not sound very healthy but i feel great when on, lots of energy at the gym, need less sleep at night and i get ripped like i have never gotten in 10 years of traditional dieting.
 
I set up a CKD that I never did...

5 Eggs

3oz full fat cheese

Tuna w/ Mayo and bacon bits

3oz full fat cheese

Big bone-in NY strip

Snack on Bacon

Carb up day... Box of Captain Crunch w/ skim milk.
 
could this work as a CKD?

breakfast

2 slices of unsmoked back bacon
2 fried eggs
small block of chedder cheese

lunch (or post workout)

40g whey protein drink

dinner

3 chicken drumsticks

supper

40g whey protein drink


im not too sure of how many calories are in this diet but my stats are 5 foot 6, 137lbs, male. Im also not sure of the carb-up day either but could i lose weigt off this diet.

opinions please!

I know you dont want to hear this...but you really shouldnt be doing a ckd right now...you need to maintain at least while building some muscle and toning up. But you go for the look you want, just dont become anorexic, its easier than you think.

Its easy to just set your cals at 12 X BW and eat a 1:1 ratio of fat and carbs and you should establish Keto.

It looks low on the carbs, as long as the chicken drumsticks are not breaded or batter dipped.

Also, I would add some green veggies (broccoli, cabbage, salad), because you WILL NOT be able to shit if you don't. I have to have ground flaxseeds, and a few fiber tabs just to be able to poop everyday!
