I have always drank water because of the fear of the insulin spike with diet drinks....until now that is...If Ingram can drink them and still look the way he does, then dammit I can get away with one a day at least!!!

With Meals Usually alot of Water.
Somtimes Milk with Shakes, never PWO though.
Also Powerads are nice on hot days
