do u think it is better to do a routine where u follow the same breakdown in bodyparts on the days of the week but each week you change the exercises you do for each bodypart-or- follow the same breakdown in bodyparts on the days of the week but for 8 weeks use the same order and exercises for each bodypart and then change?????????
 
I don't think it matters much either way. I preferably like to keep it somewhat in order because its easier to guauge progression.

Actually sometimes I switch it around a bit but I always do the same thing first I.e barbell press or Dumbbel press that way I can get a feel for my overall progression from the previous week since I'm attempting them at the exact same state of fatigue.


That is untill I totally change up my routine.
 
I do both. I do the same bodypart breakdown each week, but I use different excercises for them. I'll do this for 12 weeks, then switch the breakdown.
