When you are working out to put on bulk, which should you do alot of ? (Sets or Reps)
Examp. Do 5 Sets 15 Reps
or Do 3 Sets 30 Reps

now i am trying to put on Muscle not to ghain strength
 
1 - 3-4 sets with 8-10 reps(maybe lower when you use strict form)

2 - Eat more (this is more important than the # of sets and reps.
 
3-4 sets of 6-8 and yes ,sometimes lower,stay with your compound moves and pay attention to that diet,that's what is going to put the size on.
