What brand is the best protein?

whey protien is all the same other than the fact that some higher in protien, I use the cheapest kind with great results.

I agree with bull to a degree. It doesn't have to be expensive to be good but from the research I've done I believe not all protiens are created equal. I believe alot of it has to do with the way it is processed that gives it it's quality. For pre & post workout, I use either Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey or MRM Whey. They are both dirt cheap with great flavor & high quality, fast acting whey. For mrp's I use Champion Nutrition's Ultra Met. A very good quality blend of slow absorbing protiens.
But that's just one guys opinion

Dudes, I know your not going to believe me but. I'm only taking Androgel and Fina right now. And I must say that my physique looks pretty good! Why? Because of Proteinfactorys proteins. This is the first time ever that I'ved used such little amounts of gear and good great results. I would say their protein really helped me out a lot! EXPENSIVE LIKE A MOFO! But still...it worked!
